Bright Red Cast Iron Vintage Trivet
Oh how I love trivets! Bright red ones with rubber feet even more so!! I have two cast iron trivets of my own, one round and one oval, and they are never out of use in the kitchen. Whilst mine aren’t saving my table and surfaces from hot pans and dishes, they make very pretty stands for fruit bowls and flower pots! The antique cast iron ones I’ve found in France are my absolute favourites as they have all the charm and romance of a well used and well loved piece of the home. This particular one is the most fantastic size and has little rubber feet which is very important as it means it won’t scratch any surfaces. I don’t find many still with their shoes intact so I’m very happy this one does.

This is a vintage piece so has all the marks you would expect but overall in excellent condition.
