Enamel Yellow Coffee Pot with Bakelite Bobble!
We have always found some of our very best enamel in France. Mainly in brocantes and flea markets and sometimes in little roadside bric a brac shops. Each piece has its own charm and is very hard to resist.
This is a lovely pot and has a particularly lovely lid with a very handsome black bakelite “bobble”…I appreciate that isn’t the official name but it sounds right.
Great condition with a bit of rusting around the lid and rim of the pot but no damage to the inside and no holes or cracks for water to escape
